WEBA good example of a powerviolence band with emo influences is Combatwoundedveteran. screamo is like the 90s posthardcore style of emo taken up a notch in intensity, notably in the vocals. An exemplary screamo band that wouldn't (shouldn't) get called emoviolence is I, Robot. Still a little frantic, but not as fast or chaotic as powerviolence.
